	Traction's Delaware location is known for many things, but none of them are more notorious than Antoine Warner., Antoine joined Traction Tire's Delaware location in August of 2001 as a driver and worked his way up to Distribution Manager. When Antoine came to Traction he saw it as just another job but soon fell in love with what he does. He learned many things about tires from working here at Traction but non stand out more than what he has learned about Speed Ratings and Tread wear. When Antoine is not enjoying his time at work he may be found bowling, playing basketball, or playing games with his children. He enjoys learning new things every day and will never forget the support he was shown when his mother passed. One may wonder what a man like Antoine puts on his vehicle, he finds that Dunlop provides his car with the road justice that he and his family deserves.
	Traction's Delaware location has drivers who love to work and Carl M. Baker is a prime example of that. Carl lives to work as a driver. When he lost his last job he was quick to get to the job hunt and found that the ad for Traction Tire was the most appealing. This Wilmington native enjoys long walks and reading. He is proof that chivalry is not dead, just ask his wife. Carl loves to spend time doing things for his wife. Carl also enjoys riding around on his Goodyear tires.
	Isaac R Jackson came to Traction June of 2007 to be a driver at the Delaware location. Isaac loves his job and finds the best part is coming to work at 4:30. He has become well versed about tires while at traction and the most engaging thing he has found to be how they can make a 4 ride more comfortable. Isaac also loves the startling variety of tires that Traction carries. Isaac spends his non-working hours enjoying his wife and o daughter. He makes the time past by enjoying sports, poetry and I landscaping. He loves many things including all the colors in the irainbow and his religion is most important to him, as he always finds the time to learn about the Bible. He knows there is always room for improvement.
	James J. Thompson saw the light and decided to work for Traction many years ago as a driver. He loves the people he works with. He has learned what it takes to make a tire and how each kind of tire differs. James enjoys his family and the color red.
	Kernell Kennedy is Traction's newest Delaware location employee. Kernel! came to Traction many years ago but took a break to handle some personal matters. In February of 2009 he was welcomed back to traction as a driver. His favorite part of his job is meeting new people and of course driving. Kernell likes to spend his free time bowling, watching TV, or brushing up on his computer skills. He finds that there are not enough hours in the day to use his laptop.
