	Tom Klein has been with Traction almost since the beginning. Tom started out as a warehouse manager in 1986 and has since then became the Manager of the Willingboro location. He loves the picnics at Uncle Joe's and all the cool people he gets to deal with on a daily bases. He knows quite a great deal about tires and has concluded that Eldorado is a great bargain Tom is currently engaged to a woman with one son and he has 4 dogs. In his spare time he likes to go fishing and many people don't know that even when he catches the big ones, he still throws them back. Tom also enjoys NASCAR and football and so knows, "You can't win unless you play."
	In a company that deals with tires it would not be complete without the one guy that can be described, without a doubt, a man's man. At Traction Tire that man is Derek Johnson, a driver at our Willingboro location. Derek chose Traction because he needed a job and was pleased that Traction offered a relaxed working environment and the opportunity to drive constantly. He was quick to learn about the Nati different speed ratings. He rides on Toyo brand tires and would like his coworkers to believe that he is a cannibalistic serial killer. Yes he has quite the since of humor. This Burlington native enjoys the fast life of Girls, Music, and Pubs. He is happily not married and proclaims himself as a tough guy, "Gimmie your best shot pal, I can take it!"
	Mike Land decided to come and drive for Traction when he realized he did not like the conventional office job. He is a very open guy who has a weakness for being on the road and being around his coworkers. He knew nothing about res before coming to work for Traction. Mike spends his extra hours reading, listening to music, III playing madden or basketball. Being the amazing driver that he is, it's no wonder that he is quick to say, "At forks Alit in the road, go straight."

	Ralph Hardy is a Mt. Holly resident who came to work for Traction's Willingboro location in June of 2008 Ralph finds the conversations held in the mornings and after work are what keeps his job interesting and him coming back, aside from his pay check. When this married dad of five, is not chatting it up at work, he can be found scouring the land for the perfect addition to his football card collection or simply spending time with his family Ralph is a laid back kind of guy describing life as, "It is what it is."
	Some people are just born lucky, like Shane Johnson of Traction ire's Willingboro location. Shane was looking for another driving position when his current position of driver just fell in his lap. Shane enjoys, Ralph's inter office memos, his coworkers and the work environment. He fondly remembers the time he was allowed to drive the F-250 with satellite radio. He was quick to learn that 12ply tires are heavier than 6ply tires. This Burlington resident enjoys, beer, girls, beer, movies, beer, going to bars, and did I mention, BEER! Shane loves a good time and can be quoted as saying, "Enough safe and sane, its time for dumb and dangerous!" But that is said at the end of the day usually.
	Raymond Vanard is another one of Traction's drivers for the Willingboro location. He has learned about load ratings since working for Traction and due to his old age that's about all he can remember. His start date is a bit of a blur but he knows the reason he comes back day after day is the good balance enrof indoor to outdoor work and the people he gets to work with. He lives a simple life in the town of Camden, enjoying listening to music and playing his guitar.
