Tire Adjustments

Ride Complaints will be considered during the first 10% of treadwear only.

Cracking at Stock Junction

Any crack which appears circumferentially in the tire where two stocks join.

Tread Cracking

Develops in the tread grooves at the base of the tread pattern. Normally found all the way around the tire and should not be confused with a cut.

Weather Cracking

Numerous small cracks around the tire in the sidewall area. This condition is adjustable only if within four (4) years of manufacture. Such a condition will become evident in all tires after a longer period of time and will generally NOT lead to tire failure.

TREAD SEPARATION

When the tread rubber becomes detached from the carcass. Initial stages will form a bulge in the tire. Advanced stages may be missing tread.
